Refunds and exchanges for change of mind will not be accepted.
If products are faulty we will refund or exchange the item with something of the same value. However, faulty in this context does not include fat or sugar bloom as this only changes the appearance of the product (white, speckled, or spotted coating) due to changes in temperature but the product is safe for consumption.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box including the price tag.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Products under limited time offers and discounts are non-refundable.
The voucher issued when you purchase the product must be utilized (redeemed) during the validity period of the voucher. Sugar World is not liable for failure to redeem the voucher under any circumstances and cannot be refunded.
All refunds are processed within 3 working days. We give you the option of refunds by bank, cash or vouchers. However, processing back to your credit card/bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/institution for which Sugar World cannot be held liable.
